Special Collaboration Event – Txispa & Ekstedt “4 Hands”

On October 6, Txispa will welcome the acclaimed restaurant Ekstedt (Stockholm, 1 Michelin star) and its chef Niklas Ekstedt, a pioneer of fire-based cuisine.

Two restaurants from different origins, both of which have chosen wood fire as the soul of their cuisine, come together on this occasion to offer an unrepeatable fusion between the Basque tradition of Txispa and the Nordic creativity of Ekstedt.
