To make the most of your experience at Txispa, we recommend arriving at the restaurant between 13:00 and 13:15. This is because the experience begins with all guests gathering in the kitchen together, where the first appetizer is served.
About Reservations
Txispa Tasting Menu: €295A credit card is required to confirm your reservation as a guarantee of attendance.
Reservations must be for a minimum of 2 people.

We recommend that children attending be at least 12 years old. Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs.
Allergies and Intolerances
Our tasting menu is designed as an experience built around a sequence of dishes. For this reason, our ability to make changes or substitutions to individual dishes is limited. We also do not offer vegetarian or vegan menus.
Regarding prior notice: In order to offer the best possible experience, we kindly ask guests to inform us of any food allergies or intolerances at the time of booking. Depending on the type of allergy and when we are informed, it may not be possible for us to adapt certain dishes.
Regarding safety and reservation acceptance: Our kitchen handles various allergens, including nuts, shellfish, and gluten. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. Likewise, in order to guarantee the safety of our guests, we may not be able to accept reservations from people with severe allergies or intolerances.
Regarding pricing: Even if certain dishes cannot be served due to dietary restrictions, the menu price remains unchanged. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@txispa.com.
