Application procedure

A complaint may also be lodged if the period of twenty working days has elapsed without a reply having been received.
The complaint can be submitted through the Generic Instance of the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation. Complaints will be received and processed by the Subdirectorate General for Services Inspection of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation.
