To make the most of your experience at Txispa, we recommend arriving at the restaurant between 13:00 and 13:15. This is because the experience begins with all guests gathering in the kitchen together, where the first appetizer is served.

About Reservations

A credit card is required to confirm your reservation as a guarantee of attendance. Reservations must be for a minimum of 2 people. If you would like to make a reservation for one person, please email us at info@txispa.com. Likewise, if you are interested in booking a private event, do not hesitate to contact us at info@txispa.com. Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs.

Allergies and Intolerances

To provide you with the best experience, we kindly ask that you inform us of any food allergies or intolerances at the time of booking. Depending on the type of allergy and the notice period, we may not be able to make changes to the dishes. Additionally, to ensure your safety, we may be unable to accept reservations for guests with severe allergies or intolerances. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via email. Please note that we do not offer vegetarian or vegan menus.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or modify your reservation, you must do so at least 7 days before the reserved date. In case of no prior notice or no-show, a refund will not be issued. If fewer guests attend than originally confirmed and we have not been notified in advance, no refund will be issued.
