There is no single, clear answer to what makes an ideal team. That is why we are always reflecting on what it truly means to be a good team.

There is no absolute right answer in cooking or service. That is why we constantly question what makes a great restaurant.

Rather than simply maintaining our current level of quality, we strive to find ways to improve even further.

We do not accept rules and conventions as absolute truths. Instead, we constantly ask ourselves “why?”—seeking to understand their deeper meaning.

All innovation begins with awareness. First, we become aware. Then we reflect, and as we continue to think, we take action. This process is what drives humanity forward.

If we had to define the kind of team we want to create, it would be “a collective of individuals who continuously think and act to reach better answers.”
