Terms and conditions of sale and cancellation

1. Gift Cards are sold directly by Txispa, without third parties. In this way we give the maximum security and confidence.
2. Secure payment. We do not store financial information or any other type of your credit card, the transaction is done in a secure environment with all the guarantees for your security and confidentiality.
3. Gift Cards can be purchased on the Txispa website with a minimum of two people.
4. When purchasing a Gift Card, the maximum non-extendable period for its use is 6 months from the time of purchase.
5. The menu is subject to change depending on the availability of raw material.
6. To make use of the Gift Card it is essential to previously make a reservation on the restaurant’s website. In any case the reservation will be conditioned by the availability of seats in the restaurant at the time chosen.
7. Offer valid during meal times on the restaurant’s regular opening days.
8. Gift conditions: The person who comes to the restaurant to enjoy the Gift Card on the date indicated must present the Gift Card on their mobile or otherwise printed.
9. Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel or change your gift card you must do so at least 7 days prior to the reserved date. In case of no notice or no show on the day of your reservation, you will not be eligible for a refund. If there are less people attending than the gift card purchased, and no prior notice has been given, you will not be eligible for a refund.
