Tasting menu

You will enjoy a tasting menu in which each dish is exceptional. We will offer you the opportunity to meet our Chef  Tetsuro Maeda and enjoy with him the aperitif in front of the grill. Afterwards, we will serve you the rest of the menu where you will find some dishes that still survive, such as txuleta, fish and prawns, combined with seasonal products in optimal conditions that will vary and some of which will have been harvested in our own vegetable garden.

You will enjoy an exclusive menu that can be accompanied by a sensational pairing for your enjoyment throughout the menu.
