Terms and conditions of sale and cancellation<\/h1>\n

  1. Gift Cards are sold directly by Txispa, without third parties. In this way we give the maximum security and confidence.<\/li>\n
  2. Secure payment. We do not store financial information or any other type of your credit card, the transaction is done in a secure environment with all the guarantees for your security and confidentiality.<\/li>\n
  3. Gift Cards can be purchased on the Txispa website with a minimum of two people.<\/li>\n
  4. When purchasing a Gift Card, the maximum non-extendable period for its use is 6 months from the time of purchase.<\/li>\n
  5. The menu is subject to change depending on the availability of raw material.<\/li>\n
  6. To make use of the Gift Card it is essential to previously make a reservation on the restaurant’s website. In any case the reservation will be conditioned by the availability of seats in the restaurant at the time chosen.<\/li>\n
  7. Offer valid during meal times on the restaurant’s regular opening days.<\/li>\n
  8. Gift conditions: The person who comes to the restaurant to enjoy the Gift Card on the date indicated must present the Gift Card on their mobile or otherwise printed.<\/li>\n
  9. Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel or change your gift card you must do so at least 7 days prior to the reserved date. In case of no notice or no show on the day of your reservation, you will not be eligible for a refund. If there are less people attending than the gift card purchased, and no prior notice has been given, you will not be eligible for a refund.<\/li>\n
